ADVERTISEMENT

Advertisement is an information for persuading and motivating people so that it will attract them to the service and the thing that are offered or informed.

Advertising is a communication whose purpose is to inform potential customers about products and services and how to obtain and use them.

Function of advertisement :

  • Promotion
  • Communication 
  • Information

In making an advertisement keep the following points :
1. Language of advertisement :

  •  Using the correct or suitable words.
  •  Using the interesting and suggestive expression.
  •  Using positive expression
  •  Text of advertisement should be directed to the goals.
2. Content of advertisement :
  • Objective and honest
  • Brief and clear
  • Not mocking to group or other producer.

SOME KINDS OF ADVERTISEMENT :
Public service advertisement
The same advertising techniques used to promote commercial goods and services can be used to inform, educate and motivate the public about non-commercial issue.

Covert Advertisement
Covert advertising is when a product or brand is embedded in entertainment and media.

Mobile Billboard Advertisement
Mobile Billboards are flat-panel campaign units in which their sole purpose is to carry advertisements along dedicated routes selected by clients prior to the start of a campaign.

GREETINGS

Past perfect tense is a kind of tense that is used to describe an Action or an event that started in a certain time in the past and completed of finished certain time in the past too; or past perfect tense is used to Express an Action or an event that had happened before that other event or actionhappened.

Formula of Verbal Sentence:
(+) S + had + V3.
(-) S + had + Not + V3.
(?) Had + S + V3 + ?

Example:
(+) Kushina had put your kunai in the bag last night.
(-) Kushina had not put your kunai in the bag last night.
(?) Had she put your kunai in the bag last night?

Formula of Nominal Sentence
(+) S + Had + Been + NonVerb
(-) S + Had + Not + Been+ NonVerb
(?) Had + S + Been+ NonVerb + ?

Example:
(+) I had been there when the accident happenned.
(-) I had not been there when the accident happenned.
(?) Had been there when the accident happenned?

APPOINTMENT

Appointment is kind of expression which is used to conduct appointment.

Making an appointment :
  • I'd like to make an appointment with........
  • I want to make an appointment to see.....
  • I'd like you to come and see me
  • Can I come and see you?
  • I'll be there
  • What about.........? 


Accepting an appointment :
  • All right , see you there
  • Be there on time
  • I'll wait for you there
  • No problem . I'm free on
  • It's a deal
Changing an appointment :
  • What about . . .(Thursday @ 4.oo p.m.)
  • Is that O.K., if we meet @ . . .
  • Well, i must be off now. I'll talk to U later.

Canceling an appointment :

Definisi Invitation
Invitation is a request ( spoken or write ) to come somewhere or do something.



There are two types of invitation :
a. Formal Invitation
    Formal Invitation is usually originate from institutes ,, companies ,, and a kind of it ..
Normally formal invitation is written invitation ..


b. Informal Invitation
    Informal invitation is personal invitation given to a friend ,, family ,, etc ..
Informal invitation can be written invitation and verbal invitation ..
